3 Bourbon Cocktails for Spreading Holiday Cheer

The holidays are upon us, and with that comes parties galore. All good hosts have a few special cocktails up their sleeve. The following three sippers cover all your needs — from a warm and cozy hot toddy and season-appropriate bourbon-spiked cider to a festive sparkling bourbon drink perfect for ringing in the new year.

Ezra Hot Toddy
1.5 ounces Ezra Brooks Kentucky Straight Bourbon
2.5 ounces hot water
.5 ounce honey
.25 ounce cherry juice
Lemon peel and Luxardo cherry, for garnish

Add the first four ingredients to an Irish coffee glass and stir until the honey is dissolved. Bend lemon peel over glass to break oils, then rub around the rim and drop into the drink. Garnish with a cherry.

Ezra and Cider
1.5 ounces Ezra Brooks Kentucky Straight Bourbon
3.5 ounces sparkling apple cider
Apple slice dipped in cinnamon, for garnish

Add bourbon and apple cider to a highball glass filled with crushed ice and stir. Garnish with a cinnamon apple slice.

Ezra Cherry Cheer
1.5 ounces Ezra Brooks Kentucky Straight Bourbon
3 ounces prosecco
.25 ounce cherry juice
Luxardo cherry, for garnish

Add bourbon and cherry juice to a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake. Strain into a champagne flute, then top with prosecco. Garnish with a cherry.
